Executive Chef, Antony Bennett has been busy in the kitchen creating a new seasonal menu taking inspiration for the dishes from various regions of Spain, and of course as a Gourmet Society member you can enjoy 25% off your total food and drink bill at La Tasca.
Whether it's a classic Andalucian Warm Winter Salad of broad beans and Serrano ham, Whole Sea Bream stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables inspired by Galicia, Pollo Con Crema from Castilla—a dish of marinated, succulent chicken thighs with a creamy spinach sauce and toasted almonds, or a hearty Warm Winter Stew from the mountains of Asturias with pork, chorizo, morcilla and white beans, the new seasonal menu brings some welcome Spanish warmth to the cold autumn days.
