Salary:
£15,000-£17,000 (£22k OTE)

Due to expansion and growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for dynamic and committed Customer Services Advisors to join our team.

The Position
To deliver outstanding customer service and consistently provide a high quality service to all of our members.
You will be part of our inbound Customer Services team, demonstrating excellent communication skills, understanding customer’s needs and resolving their queries.
• Providing an exceptional and effective service to our members
• Effectively resolving queries via telephone and email correspondence
• Displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The chance to earn excellent commission by retaining custom and identifying additional sales opportunities
• Updating and maintaining customer account records

Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 months experience working at a similar level Customer Service position in a call centre environment.
5 GCSE’s at Grades A-C, including English and Maths

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
