Sautéed tiger prawns with rocket and a wild garlic butter make an excellent starter. So too the mozzarella with an avocado and tomato salad, dressed with pomegranate and basil. Lamb fans will enjoy the main dish of duo of English lamb, where lamb chops and a mini shepherd's pie are served together. Chicken lovers will delight in the citrus tastes of the grilled lemon and paprika chicken served with an orange and pine nut salad.
