Anonymised A.: "Visited Hotel Du Vin last Wednesday evening. Lovely surroundings, staff made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough to help. had rump of lamb for main, absolutely fantastic if you are a lamb lover. Presentation of food wonderful, couldn't recommend enough, well worth a visit!"

Sarah C.: "Food good, and a really good choice of wines (we've been several times). The first time they did a "flight " of wines - 1 glass each of 3 different wines, which was better when only 2 of you than just sharing one bottle. I had a slight surprise last visit when my glass was taken away with a teaspoon of wine left in it - more than compensated for by a generous serving of desert wine.

Also surprised to find the quoted prices on the menu didn't include VAT - the first time I've had this come up in a restaurant!"
