Forming part of the Bayswell Park Hotel in Dunbar, The hotel's fine dining restaurant, aptly named The View, is a delight for visitors to the Scottish region of East Lothian.

Perched atop a cliff overlooking the Firth of Forth, The View Restaurant affords patrons a stunning panoramic coastal vista to behold whilst enjoying a first class menu of British cuisine. A traditional haggis starter sets off the menu with aplomb, alongside a lighter option of crab fish salad with a bloody Mary dressing. As well as the classic haggis dish, the talented team of chefs pay homage to Scotland with the inclusion of Scottish salmon, Scottish lamb and prime Scottish beef burgers. Sweet treats of chocolate amaretto mousse and passion fruit cheesecake end a meal wonderfully. Or for a savoury finale, the rich cheeseboard with homemade chutney will go down a treat.
