Anonymised A.: "The food at The Blue Orchid is outstanding. Absolutely delicious - there is no other way to describe it. The service was in the whole good up until the time came for payment. We were in no uncertain terms, hounded for a tip and told that we couldn't put the charge on via card but had to pay in cash. We were told that we could have change if we needed it but that cash must go in the basket in the centre of the table. This completely ruined our evening. We were more than willing to give a tip anyway up until this point as the food had been amazing and the service good, but were shocked and disappointed that the evening was blemished by this behaviour."
