Kyle G.: "We had a fantastic meal at The Cochin last night. We reserved a table for 7pm telling the staff member that we were Gourmet Society members and they were waiting to greet us when we arrived. The restaurant was virtually empty but filled up quickly over the next 30 minutes or so. The staff were very helpful, not overly attentive but supplying the perfect level of service. The food was incredible, very tasty and incredibly good value. We had two curries with a couple of side dishes and some rice bread; including 4 drinks the bill came to less than £40, then we had the 25% discount applied bringing it down to £29. I would definitely recommend The Cochin if you are looking for a southern Indian experience, great food and excellent service - we'll be back."
