Begin the meal with one of the enticing starters, the likes of which feature an eclectic ensemble of internationally inspired delights. Especially exemplary bites would be the sumptuous oven baked Camembert, enriched with honey and cranberry sauce, the classic bruschetta, adorned with red onion, local tomatoes and rocket leaves, and the delectable chicken liver cognac pate, partnered with sea salt sprinkled butter and a plum and apple chutney.
